To whom this may concern: We have been in contact with customerI am an owner and a member of the LLC and handle all of the books and financial mattersMy husband does all of the workHe has in no way avoided her but also does nothing with the billing systemI have been emailing the customer and sending her screenshots of our dispatching systemI also gave her the opportunity to handle this over the phone during my direct office hours this week as I no longer had office hours this last weekI requested that we solve this over the phone today but she was extremely unhappyWe responded to her email letting her know we wanted to resolve this but if she wanted to work with me, we would have to wait until next week and in the meantime our office manager was available to helpShe will not work with our office manager, who works full time and is fully knowledgeable on our business and has tried to help her with everything she canShe claims we misbilled her neighbor which is true because he is a new occupant of a house we were responsible forThe service was just never cancelled when the original owner moved outWe did take care of his bill and he was not obligated to pay itWe have done everything to make sure she was plowed for times including having employees go check her house to ensure it was the house they plowed and all of them are very certainI have explained to her that we can't do work and then not get paid for it as our business would not run successfullyThis is her 2nd season with us and we had no issues with her the previous yearWe also do the subdivision and this is why she asked us to throw in her driveway, which she does receive a discount forI have responded to every email and asked her to call the office at her convenience but she refuses to call Sarah and stop responding when I told her I would be more then happy to chat on the phone as emailing was not a good form of communication at that pointShe has rated us on all social media sitesThis issue at that time had only been hoursLet me know if you have any questions and I have also attached GPS photos and can also provide phone logs and emails if neededThanks!
