After my stylist retired, I tried numerous different hair stylists and no one could cut my hair the way I wanted. I finally went to *** and she did a great job. I finally found my new stylist and go every 4 weeks to see her.
I had an appt on Feb 5 at 1pm to
Get my hair trimmed layered and
Colored. I didn't get the color I asked
For.. my hair is uneven and no layers.
Plus I ended up at the Dr due to
Burns on my scalp.when I let the lady
Know about it she wanted me to go back
To her and let her fix it. I said no!
She did enough damage already and was
Not letting her do more plus my scalp
Was tender from burns. Then she got rude!
I want a full refund!! I have to
Spend money to get my hair fixed
And use special shampoo to help my hair now.
Refund I would like a full refund of $160.00 At the least! However I feel she Should be responsible to pay for me To get my hair fixed! She ruined it!
set her appointment up under ***...I had no idea her last name was *** until 5 days after her appointment! I was in the process of getting all this information together to take to my Police Chief for defamation of my character, slanderous statements, and printing falsehoods (libel).And was going to forward all that information to you.
Unfortunately, my sister has passed away and I am not going to deal with this while I am grieving. My very first statement to *** was come in at 4 and let me see what we can do.She said her husband said NO. I watched a post she wrote couple days later she said she wasn't interested in getting her money back. This is the best I can give you at this point as I am devastated by the loss of my sister!
Tammy has not told the truth.. I have a message in my Facebook where she said appt. To come in.. I said let me know when is a good time..she NEVER did.. she did not explain *** to me about the red foil. I had to pick colors SHE pointed out because she thought it'd look better..and didnt want to do the colors I asked. I have the proof of the burns. I've shown it.. I didnt go back on the day she's talking about because I couldn't even take a brush through my hair so I wasn't allowing her to touch my head. I have since went elsewhere and can get documentation of how uneven my hair was and not a good cut period. I had a couple different hair dressers look at my hair and all of them said what an awful job she did. At this point she can shove the 160.00 .. I will make sure to never go to her again and if anyone asks I will never refer them to her.
