Also when I did speak to him twice, he said he put my name on the top of the board for the jobs to get done with his staff and that alone tells me he was going to fix the problem and make it right if he was going to send his crew outWhen they did not show up this is when I called againHe was surprised that they did not do the job and stated he would send the crew and once again put my name on the boardAnother week passed and no one showedThis is when I texted him, left another phone message until his mailbox was fullyAfter that I could not get a hold of *** All I want is the fix to my problem of the side of the house that is missing footage of synthetic grass that will match the exiting grass that was startedI am willing to put this on my [redacted] as I did with the first initial install so I don't know why he is saying I was looking for free serviceThat is not the caseHis crew can come anytime to finish, the side gate is unlocked and he can use the same [redacted] number to not have to deal with me if he wishesAlso, I never received any information on how to clean or maintain this turfYou would think the company would include some sort of information to the consumer as this is the first time I have ever used the product and I have no idea what is recommended for this turf care The season is slowing down nowI am hoping you will be able to contact him and get him to commit to this job even though it is small and can probably be done in a matter of an hour or twoPlease reach out to him once again, propose that I am still hoping for this job to get finished and as long as he gives me the same rate I was paying in May (I think it was sqft.) I had artifical turf installed through Morningstar TurfAfter several years, I noticed unusual wear on my turf and I contacted the companyI was told that it was a manufacturer warranty issue due to product failureHowever, after I was told this I was never able to get them to follow through on replacement my turfThe owner/manager won't even take my calls or repond to my repeated messagesThis companies customer service is horribleI would never recommend them to anyone

[redacted] was a client we installed turf for and then after we finished (weeks) she wanted to add sqft and didn't want to pay for it We don't do free jobs and she didn't want to pay for minimum She never had a problem with the original install until we refused to work for free

We ordered turf from this company in March of and was told that the product would ship the next week on a time sensitive project After being told that the product had shipped by both Morningstar and their supplier, they were unable to provide our office with a Bill of Lading In the end, the product was never shipped, we were forced to cancel the order and purchase from another company to complete our project on time We were told by Marc Morningstar that we would receive a refund of our order and have seen nothing yet three months later Morningstar turf will not answer our phone calls or emails requesting our refund We have been forced to seek legal council to get our money back from this untrustworthy company In short, they took our money and will not give it back I do not recommend that you use this company, there are several other suppliers who will not lie to you and steal your money

The service is on the list to get done and is aware of that and we have been in contact with him Our services are within the first year, his job is not that old, maybe a month Summertime schedules get busy and we have no committed to a time to meet him and have him aware that he is on
the schedule Don't know what more we can do???

I am an entrepreneur who used Morningstar Turf to lay turf at my dog daycare facility We put down over 7,sq/ft of turf less than months ago I have never posted a review online, positive or negative, but I am making an exception for Morningstar because my experience was and is so terrible and disappointing!
Morningstar immediately got off to a bad start with us as soon as we were supposed to start work They were supposed to begin work in the beginning of the week and for days they never showed up!!!
For days Morningstar left me hanging with no phone call or contact at all, I was forced to subcontract an excavator to haul in and out all of the stone, dirt, screening, and equipment necessary for the job I was forced to personally hire a crew for the days to do the labor that Morningstar never showed up to doOn the 5th day, the Morningstar rep finally showed up, but he was no where near ready to begin work The Morningstar rep then sat in the hotel for ½ days until the following Monday, which I am being billed for! When he showed up that Monday finally with his own crew, it was laborers he hired off of *** *** that politely put were not the most knowledgeable on how to lay turf Their representative did not even show up ready to complete the work, he had to drive to *** *** to purchase even the most basic of tools like hammers, tape measures, and tools any respectable and experienced contractor would bring to complete a jobMorningstar expects me to pay for their man’s travel expenses which are $2,500/day when it is clearly stated that the travel expenses are included in the price Morningstar also wants to be paid in full; as though they did the whole job and I didn’t hire my own crew that I paid out of my pocket for the days they didn’t show up!! I never received any credit for all the material, labor, and equipment that I was forced to contract and pay forThis is only half of the problem The turf, which is the only material actually supplied by Morningstar, is already starting to fade, rip, and weather well beyond what quality grade turf should All of the blades curled up and now my turf looks like a Berber rug For the price I paid to Morningstar for their turf, it should not resemble anything like it does now after only months of useI contacted Morningstar turf to ask why this was happening Their response was that if I paid my balance of what they say I owe for the days they never showed up, then he would tell me how to fix it and only then I believe that I received a cheaper grade of turf then what I paid forI am so disappointed and frustrated with Morningstar that I am posting my first and only review in hopes no one else falls victim to their scam!!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SNAKE!!

There were complications in scheduling with their rental schedule and the weather, we issued them a refund already, this is a false claim

All other work was paid for, why would I assume differently? When they did not show up this is when I called again. He was surprised that they did not do the job and stated he would send the crew and once again put my name on the board. Another week passed and no one showed. This is when I texted him, left another phone message until his mailbox was fully. After that I could not get a hold of [redacted].

The owner/manager won't even take my calls or repond to my repeated messages. This companies customer service is horrible. I would never recommend them to anyone.

We chose this company to install our turf and we were extremely happy with results
