Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Only after the Revdex.com report was filed did the company actually update their misleading site nearly half a year later (after initially being notified of the advertisement)It did display as zero cost (as documented) for shipping on multiple pages even during checkout so it wouldn't make since for anyone to think their would be cost for shipping instead unless they just happened to double check like I didThe site was ready to take payment at the no cost shipping displayed as the previously provided document clearly detailedI'm not expecting this kind of company to actually offer the kit at the price it was listed as for such a long time due to current knowledge of their repeated incompetence and excuses rather that this is noted on record through the Revdex.com I have searched and found that this is sadly a common practice by some companies to lure buyers in, take their money, then demand more for the product so that the customer feels obligated to purchase what initially appeared to be a much better dealIt would right to document this instance for their file through your establishment Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] Hi [redacted] : Thank you for the letter.We have already heard from this customer; who is trying to get something for free, when clearly it is not The cost to deliver a large shed to his residence in Texas is not Free; however has a cost that we have to get for each customer and pass onto them.We do offer some sheds that clearly ship for FREE, as those sheds read Delivery Included Some sheds however have notations that Shipping is Additional, such as the shed this confused customer found on our website For most customers they see that shipping is additional.So that this does not happen again, we have since made a Notation on the website to make it more visible for those customers.You will see in the very professional email correspondences with the customer, that we immediately assisted the customer with his needs On our next correspondence, we did indicate that shipping is additional and I provided the quote to him once we had the customers address.For these very large sheds, the shipping quote has to be done individually, because the costs vary tremendously We have since noted this more clearly on this product page, so that customers see that it is additional.As with every customer, we hope to provide a professional service and product at a clear priceI believe that we have achieved this However, we are human and can make mistakesIf I do, I immediately fix this In the end, I aim to please every customer, but know that I cannot please everyoneI try my best, and after years with this business, we have a lot of very happy customers who are very satisfied with doing business with us and continue to order from us with confidence.We strive to make our website betterIf you have suggestions, please let me know.Thank you.Mitchell E [redacted]
