Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted] I do not find this resolution satisfactory at all, but it seems we are at a stalemate about the whole situation, and since I have come to the conclusion that the Revdex.com needs a Revdex.com, I will no longer waste my time pursuing this We took the vehicle in question to another mechanic and he had it up and running in no time, and it still is running strong, so I guess he knew what he was doing, while apparently MrS [redacted] did not He also lied about being out of town, as we know he went to his sons graduation, which was fine, but it would have been nice if he called us to let us know, instead of keeping our vehicle for weeks, and never returning our calls, or being at his business when we went there to try and find out what was going on Lesson learned, never take referrals from relatives of a business, as they will refer you whether the business does good work or not Thank you for all your help in NOT resolving this matter Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I have no idea what I am supposed to owe you. I have been waiting for a response in a complaint I filed against Shedden Auto Repair a few months ago. I never received any reply until I finally called yesterday and received a email, which I responded to immediately. Now I receive an email from you stating I owe you money? I am not understanding any of this! Would appreciate a reply asap. Also, called and left you a voice mail. Sincerely *** ** ***

Business called and stated that he will not be refunding the consumer due to the fact that the consumer never paid the business the $100.00 dollars that was due when they fixed the vehicle the second time.

Business responded to complaint stating that the first time he fixed it they thought it was the crank sensor and charged him $200.00.The consumer brought it back, and I told him I would make it right.We did more testing and then we believe it was the main computer and fixed that for $100.00, which...

we had to wait for 3 weeks until part came in. It was working fine, consumer came in and got vehicle and did not pay me for the $100.00 part or labor.So actually he owes me.
