Review: Due to water dripping from the eve on the side of my house when the air conditioner was on, I was referred to [redacted]. He and his assistants came to my home on 7/24/13 and opened the air ducts downstairs and told me that they needed to be open for proper air flow. They also looked in the attic. I thought that the problem was solved and paid him an $85 service charge.Because the weather was cool I did not use the air conditioner until about 2 weeks later. When I turned on the air conditioner the water problem was still there and it was soaking my plaster on the eve under the roof. I called Eric and he had Aaron call me. When he called he said that he could stop by in 5-10 minutes. I told him that I had to leave then but I would leave the door unlocked and I could talk to him on the cell. I was alright with this for he was in the area and I wanted to make it easy for him for he knew my neighbor for along time who referred me to him.I called Eric to ask him what needed to be done to correct the problem. He told me that there was nothing wrong with my air conditioner and perhaps the water was from my sprinklers. I said that was impossible for I did not have sprinklers there and the drip was coming from the top of the eve. I asked him who I should call regarding this problem and he only restated that there was nothing wrong with my air conditioner and would not talk to me further.Later I was able to have another air conditioning person assist me by cleaning out the secondary line. He had no problem fixing the problem. I called Eric and told him about it. I told him that it was only fair that he return my service charge amount to me because he did not help me solve the problem nor offer any solutions. He told me that he had spent enough time on me and hung up the phone.I have never been treated in such a manner. I do not understand why he would not give me an estimate or if he did not want to correct the problem why he did not refer me to someone else.Desired Settlement: Eric Shedlock is a licensed air conditioner contractor. The dripping water was due to an air conditioner problem which was not resolved due to his being unwilling or his inability to do so.This has been a very trying experience and it is unreasonable that I had to call another air conditioning person to correct the problem. It is only fitting that he return my $85 service charge to me.

Mrs E[redacted] complaint of water from A/C unit. We checked out primary drain and it was ok.checked secondary drain pan and it was dry but the secondary line over window had some stucco inside we cleaned that out. We told her we would be back later and check it again 3 hours later we were back and no signs of water all dry . A few days later she called and we went back over we noticed water from sprinklers on stucco and sidewalk not coming from A/C. I spoke with son in law who works the studios and explained everything to him and understood. Thanks [redacted]
