I am rejecting this response because:I was trying to reply back on my phone to make the screen bigger so I can see and it clicked on that resolved and it's notMy biggest problem is that when I'm $to Dollars it doesn't matter they cut the car off in the car been shaking since I had it and I feel like it's not going to last two more years it's already almost at 200,miles it is still and if I continue to pay that's $19,that I don't have on something that is not worth it I already paid what it's worth and I do not want to continue to pay over $19,000 I've been paying a month for 13,ok now today its saying 10,on my credit report is supposed to be at 8,so I tried to reasonable with them before to pay the car off early they didn't want to accept that option and this is a and if you look up what it's worth it's only worth $6,in good condition and I tried to give them the car back they said I cannot bring the car back so I don't know what to do cuz I don't care too much for the car the reason why I don't answer for them cuz the last time I told her do not cut my car off I have to work I will pay it on the 31st she cut it off before the 31st so therefore I don't care about the car I don't want it and I don't want nothing to do with her I don't ever want to hear her voice I don't want nothing to do with her anymore with this car .Get Outlook for Android

I am rejecting this response because: This vehicle has had several repairs done just as you stated since I purchased it in January All the times the check engine light came on and the dealership "repaired " this vehicle the technicians never checked the oil or mentioned anything about it needing an oil changeThere was no way of us knowing when the last oil change was done prior to us purchasing this vehicleI have all the service records of all the "repairs" that have been done even prior to us purchasing this vehicle and no oil change was done by the dealershipThis vehicle had repairs down before we even test drove it and your company is asking for more down payment for us to get another vehicle at this dealershipI have stated to both the finance company and the dealership I do not have $to put down for another vehicleThis vehicle has never been reliable and had problems way before we test drove and purchased itI am needing my down payment plus the five payments I have made to get another vehicle somewhere elseYou say you want to make your customers happy then refund me my moneyI no longer want this vehicle and I have stated that several times to you and this dealershipThe problems it has is not due to the oil not being changedI will be happy to give you all the service reports I have so you can see what repairs have been done and they never did an oil change even as far back as December when they got the vehicleI just need my money back

As of this date, all the repairs performed to Ms. [redacted] vehicle has been paid by [redacted] department, The customer has not paid any of the repairs to date. The problem was caused due to that Ms. [redacted] has not done any oil change to her vehicle. Not changing the oil can cause buildup...

on the vvt solenoid screen, so the first course of action is to clean the screen, change the oil, and see if the problem recurs. We are more than happy to service the vehicle without any cost to her, but Ms. [redacted] needs to do the maintenance oil change as well.  We always look for the complete satisfaction in our customers, and we will be happy to assist her with any repairs needed to her vehicle. Thank you, [redacted]

We accepted the partial payment towards his past due amount, We can work with all our customers but in this particular customer, She already missed several payments in the past. We worked out with the best solution to the customer this time. Best Regards, [redacted]

her.  She made an arrangement on January 26th to pay on January 31th, but did not fulfill the arrangement.  She is currently 31 days past due.  Several agents have attempted to contact Ms. [redacted] and her references multiple times over the last 31 days but she has not returned phone calls, nor called back after receiving a past due notices or messages from references. Please let me know if you need anything else from me.All the best,[redacted]
