Review: In November 2013 I ordered a bottle of Garcinia Cambogia, a weight loss product sold by the company. I noticed that I received and was charged for four bottles of the product so I called the company and informed them that I did not want all four bottles. I further stated that I wanted only the one bottle to test the product and I would contact the company if I wanted another bottle. We settled on a lesser price for all four bottles to avoid the shipping time and fees I would incur. To my surprise, in May I received two more bottles of the product. I viewed my bank statement and saw that I was charged $78 in April of 2014 and another $78 in May 2014 for the bottles. In May 2014 I called the company and informed them that I no longer wanted the products and made that clear in my last conversation with the company representative during my call on November 2013. I was told that they did not have that in record but that if I merely returned the product, I would be given a full refund. I did as instructed and called the company again and the agents confirmed receipt of both products. I was told the first time that I would receive the $156 refund within 7-10 business days. However, I have yet to receive the refund. I was first told that the refund was in fact processed and that a business representative would contact me via email. After several weeks, I contacted the company again and was told that there was a computer error, the issue resolved and my refund would be processed within 7-10 business days. I called again two weeks later and was told that my refund was processing and that there was an issue that needed to be resolved in the business center. I requested to speak with a supervisor but was told that the supervisor would not be able to help me further. I also requested to speak to a business representative to gather more information about my refund and I was told that the business center does not take customer phone calls. I have been waiting for my refund close to four months and the company is nonresponsive. Something smells of fraud and wrongdoing. I simply want my refund; they have their product. My refund number is 1032222 (provided to me by [redacted], agent 36 the last representative I spoke to).Desired Settlement: I would like my complete refund of $156 as promised.
