Bought a car from *** Cadillac that was infested with roaches and they are giving me the round around about trading it in
I bought a car from *** Cadillac on September 14th and that very same day I noticed there was bugs in the car, I didn't see them in the daytime when purchasing it but at night they were all over crawling around. The bugs were roaches small ones and big ones. So I notify the dealership to see what they can do about it. And they tell me to bring it back in to spray the car to get the bugs out, so I did. But I kept seeing them so I tell them again and again they tell me to bring the car in to spray. Which I do, but the very next day after spraying I see the roaches are still there. So the next time I call the dealership I notify them that I no longer want the car I want to trade it in for something else because whatever they're doing doesn't work and the bugs keep coming back. I found on two occasions cars I would like to trade in for, but I feel the sales guy is giving me a run around because they tell me the cars are already sold but still online or there's nothing else on the lot to buy, basically dragging it out. And to this day I am still stuck with the roaches. I'm scared and paranoid to drive I seen one crawling around on the dashboard while driving almost making me crash. I think they will crawl on me while I'm in there. There's no end to them and I cant keep a purse or bags in the car and the dealership isn't trying to help me.
