Review: I purchased a car in October. The car is fine. But the paperwork and customer service has been horrible. I've had one problem after another from getting my tags, which I did finally get. Now my new problem is I paid $[redacted] for a VIP program that they never processed and signed me up for. They have offered to fix the problem and process the VIP but at this point I've had so many issues I would just like to get my $[redacted] back. I've have extreme problems getting people to help me over the phone, threw email, etc. I leave messages and people never call you back. I have to continue to call them to get very little help out of anyone thereDesired Settlement: Refund of $[redacted] and cancel VIP service since I have not used it and it has not been processed
