For Mr [redacted] , we no longer had one of the items in stock he desired so we reached out to him to find out if he would like it in a different size or color Once this was resolved, we shipped the order to him in full via Priority Mail and it was delivered on January 14th %

I placed an order for three items with Sheepleg on December 10, I failed to receive an email confirming the shipment of the items ordered and have yet to even receive the itemsI have attempted to contact the company five times via email and phoneI have left messages, with no responseI filed a complaint with the Revdex.com in February of this yearAs a result Sheepleg said it would deliver the products I ordered from themTo date, I still have not received the itemsSo I am refiling a complaint against that businessTranslate

The complaint by Ms*** was resolved as a result of a chargeback filed through her credit card company. This order had shipped, but apparently was lost in the mail system. It may show up at some point, but we did not try to fight the claim for it as we dropped the ball on
communicating with her that we no longer had them and could not reship the product. Our course of action for items lost or damaged in transit is to immediately ship a replacement, but we could not in this case and neglected to communicate an alternate item or solution. This has been addressed going forward and we apologized to her via the PayPal dispute resolution process for the trouble

Thank you so much for interceding on my behalf about Sheepleg without your organazation I would have lost that money. Even if
the company was having trouble they could have sent me the product through a third party and all would be fine. I thought it very rude of them not even responding to my many calls. How many other people didn't bother to call and lost their money
