Sheerazi Coastal

Review: My husband [redacted] filled his gas tank on 2/28/14 his gas light was on so he didn't have much gas in the tank. he put in 14.66 gallons of gas at sheerazi coastal upon finishing the fillup, the car would not start. the owner did speak to my husband about the car not starting. The vehicle was towed by Als garage on central avenue in Torrington to diagnose the problem. They found their was water in the gas. My husband and I went to sheerazi to speak with them. We had to wait for the owner, during that time I called several agencys to find who to notify, I was told by one of the state agencys to call.The fire marshal that they reported to the deep. I believe it was one of the deputy fire marshsals that came out. He spoke with the owners in my and my husbands presense. They knew thay had a problem but they did not shut off that tanks pump. They put a blank piece of paper over the pump, they insisted my husband pushed the wrong button. I have a paper from their water vs gas concentration system it says there is 52 gallons of water vs 750 gallons of gas. if I am reading it right. The car is a 2000 chevy monte carlo dale earnheart edition. The bill so far is $395 ,but the car is still at the garage and not running right. the owners of sheerazi told that they are not paying. I have pictures of the gas pumps as they looked. I have also called and filed a complaint with consumer protection. The gentalman I spoke with said the button for the wrong pump could have automatically choosen the midgrade gas but they also have a way to shut down separate tanks without shutting down the others. I think they were trying to use up that bad gas.I heard after this they have had problems before.Desired Settlement: I would like them to pay for all damages that are occurring and the $58 for the gas
