We have received the complaint from [redacted] daughter of [redacted] of the above address and offer this response On April 18, 2016, [redacted] contacted our office to perform a Dig & Pump of her septic tankAs procedure, we called into UFPO to mark utilities in the area and we scheduled the work for 4/According to time cards and GPS tracking system we had two technicians leave Horseheads NY at 8:09am traveling to Campbell NY arriving at 9:amThis crew was to dig the septic system upThey were onsite minutes total with travel hour minAt 8:37am our Vacuum truck driver left Horseheads and was on site at 9:am, total time onsite minutes Records are attached.Supervisor Matt C [redacted] stated that a disabled gentleman sat in a chair directly behind him watching him perform the pumping of the tankChris Sand Chris Halso stated that the tank was pumped, however it had water running back as the system is in failureThere were also two women in the house assuming they were Joyce and [redacted] After completing our work and receiving a check from [redacted] [redacted] called our office later that morning 4/22/at 12pmMichael C [redacted] was out of the office at that time and was not expected to return until 4/25/Karen called again on 4/at 9:amShe also came to the office that morning and spoke with Michael C [redacted] who also gave her all the information we hadShe stated that her mother had stopped payment on the check and wanted to make sure we were paid for our work and wrote another check to usLater we received a phone call from a Mr [redacted] (family friend)Mr [redacted] spoke with Owner Michael C [redacted] regarding this workWe told him we could not give him specifics as he was not the home owner; however we told him we had the waste ticket from the Chemung County Sewer District showing we had pumped the tank and also the dispatch showed pumping gal.Sheesley 's Sewer Service has been in business for years we pride ourselves on our integrityMatthew C [redacted] (son of the owner) stated that he did not inform the Owner or representatives that the tank was not pumped however he did tell them that the system was in failure and it was noted that there was a problem with the outlet and has water running back into the tankThis is why the tank will continue to fill up as it is not going to the leach field .Given the supporting documentation that Sheesley 's has indicating the time onsite and that the receipt showing the tank was pumped (gal) and all three technicians also confirming that it was , I am not sure what else can be disputed with regard to this matterIn addition all the supporting documentation has been sent to [redacted] Sincerely,SHEESLEY 'S SEWER SERVICE INC.Michael AC [redacted] President Enclosures
