Review: I've purchased items listed on 6/11/13 never received order till 9/21/13 which was partial of order on bed still haven't received rest of order which is 1. night stand 1. dresser 1. mirror 4. bar stool 1. chaise coaster - I called several times to have voice mail pick up I'm leaving message after message to no avail upon receiving bed night stand & chest on 09/21/13 he told me he would be back in two weeks with rest of order still haven't received I've been very patient with this company and no urgency is being displayed to resolve this matter. Review: My name is [redacted] on December 7, 2014 I purchased furniture for $5,050.00. The furniture I purchased was a dining table with six chairs, a sectional, two love seats, two chairs, and one sofa. The place I purchased the furniture is located at 4562 Mack Road, Sacramento, CA, 95823. It is called Al Furniture/Sheetals Fashion, which is inside an Asian Supermarket. [redacted] is the name of the owner, he actually owns a little spot in the Supermarket, where he pays rent monthly.

The owner said and wrote on the receipt that our furniture that our furniture will come within 2-3 weeks, so the mid December or the first week of January. When it was past the due date he said that it will take another two weeks and it will come on January 30, 2015, and every since that day he would say that the furniture will come this Monday or Friday.

The excuses that he gave us were that his delivery guy was sick or he cannot drive there. When we told him we will take him to court he threated us. His last excuse before starting the case was that our furniture was delivered, but went to San Francisco, and I live in Elk Grove, so he said that he will bring it on Monday, but when we called him to ask what time will come Thursday or Friday. He wouldn’t even gave us an item number or confirmation number so, we can know if he even ordered our furniture. On a piece of paper he wrote and signed that if my furniture does not come by March 7, 2015 then he will give all money back. When we take our money he wouldn’t give it to us, so I called the police, and the police advised us ti take him to court. When we went to court on April 17,2015 our case was dismissed because he filed for bankruptcy. Yesterday May 18, 2015 at 5pm when I went to the Supermarket to buy grocery he was still working and made his space much bigger and bought rugs and mattresses, so I went to talk to him very calmly to make an agreement so he can give me my money, but he started yelling and told me that he will call the police and get me arrested. He called the police, the police came and told us to find different legal ways to get our money or just close everything and forget about it.

Desired Settlement: I want my money back of $5,050.00

Review: My family and I ordered a buffet hutch and table from [redacted] the owner of a shop within S.F market. The furniture and mattress store. We ordered the items on June 3, 2013. He stated that we would get the items in 3-4 weeks and it has been over four months. We made a deposit on the furniture of $675.00 with a remaining balance of $200.00 when our items arrived we would pay the rest. He refuses to return our deposit of $675.00 for the items. We have contacted him several times over the last four months and he kept stating the items were on back order, and we will get in a few weeks, we have been waiting months. In the past phone calls he would give us dates on when it would be arriving, but he keeps pushing the date of the items. When we contact him he doesn't give us an answer of when the items will be coming in. All he say that our items are on back order and arriving from China. In recent weeks he has not been returning any phone calls or text messages.
