Last week, I was craving a Sheetz Chili dog. On my way home from the Doctor's office, I stopped at the Harrisville, PA Sheetz store and ordered two (2) and proceeded on my way about 9 miles until I was home. I sat down to enjoy my chili dogs but was sadly disappointed. You changed weiners, these ones were not plump and tasty. Tough and tasteless. The chili was watery and no taste and there were very few onions on it. I am sad to say that my experience was not one that I enjoyed, and not one that I would savor in the future. No more Sheetz Chili Dogs for me.

I received an advertisement from Sheetz stating, "Free for 30 days any size self-serve coffee, hot chocolate, cupo'ccino, fizz city fountain drink, freezway or fresh brewed tea from the drive-thru". The advertisement state as well "Postmaster please deliver between 6/18/14 and 6/2014. The problem is the attached coupon (with the wording above" also expires on 6/29/14. Which is at most 12 days from the initial delivery date. I spoke to the store Mgt and was told "I will not do it for 30 days but I can give you a couple of coupons". I emailed the corporate office just before sending this. I believe this is clearly false advertising. I have the ad and the coupon and will be happy to forward copies of them as needed. Thank you.Desired SettlementI would like them to honor the 30 day ad and accept the coupon until July 17th (day 30 from earliest delivery date)More info received from the consumer 2014-07-01The management has given me fountain drink coupons. They do not include many of the options from original. if I am allowed to use for coffee it will be fine, if not then we are back to the original issue. I will keep you posted.[redacted]Case Closed SATISFIED 2014-07-03The store has resolved the issue for me. Although I know of several people who now are looking to get the same treatment. Thank you,

After arriving home, checked my credit card acct. and found the charge for my gas, and an additional charge for $1 with no explanation. Called sheetz to question it,and received their company corp headquarters # of [redacted]. Talked to [redacted] there, who told me that my credit card was putting that charge on my acct., not Sheetz. Called my [redacted] bank card and spoke with [redacted] (employee # [redacted])who informed me that sheetz put that charge on,not them. called sheetz back and spoke eventually with supervisor [redacted], who told me that my bank was putting that additionl fee on as a "hold", which they sometimes do up to $100.00. called [redacted] again and spoke with [redacted](supervisor employee #[redacted] who stated they are NOT putting the fee on, Sheetz is.ended up on a conference call with both of these ladies who kept blaming each other. Filed a complaint with sheetz Ref # [redacted]. I told them I just wanted to know who was putting the fee on so that I can avoid possible fraud,or decide who I chose to do future business with. I never got an answer, they just kept blaming each other, and kept telling me the fee will be removed once the transaction is completed. shouldn't someone know who is putting this fee on your credit card? Please help!!Desired Settlementa truthful answer as to who is requiring this fee, so I can choose to either not use this credit card any more, or choose to not do any further business with Sheetz.Business Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted]Contact Phone: [redacted]Contact Email: [redacted]The $1 is a pre-authorization amount that is generated at the beginning of every fuel transaction at every fuel retailer, in accordance to [redacted] rules. The $1 pre-auth is displayed by some card issuers and suppressed by others, their option, on online banking. The $1 is used to determine if the card is good an if there are funds in the account to proceed with the fuel purchase. It is then replaced with the purchase amount, in a day or two, when the issuer gets the finalized transaction. This does not happen when the customer hangs up the pump. If you would like more information please contact me.

I got a $100.00 Sheetz gift card for Christmas. I bought only gas with it. They took off more than they should for my purchases. This all started when I was trying to use the final 20.55 on my 100.00 gift card. I only bought gas on the gift card. In order to fill up the tank I always purchased a little more than I knew I would need. I discussed this with the clerk each time and each time I was informed that any money from gas not pumped would be automatically put back onto the card at the end of the transaction. I asked for what was left on the card in my final purchase which was 20.55. I only used 14 and some change so approximately 6.00 should have been put back on the card. When I called later to get the exact amount the automated system said I had 0.00 on the card. I called customer service and was told they could not access their own records but that a conflict resolution team would contact me within 3 business days. I gave them my number but never heard from them. Therefore I know they have taken approximately 6.00 from me unjustly and since they refuse to share the purchases records with me for all I know they could have been ripping me off the whole time. By that I mean they might have never been refunding the money I didn't use for gas back onto the card as they promised.Desired SettlementI want the 6.00 that I know was unjustly taken from me put back onto my card or to be sent a card with the amounts that have been taken from me on it. To insure what that amount should be I want access to their records so I can determine if they only neglected to put money back onto my card in the instance of my final purchase or if this was something they were doing to me all along. Preferably I would like the information first so I can determine exactly what the fair compensation amount would be.Business Response Sent customer a $10 gift card along with the letter below via Fed Ex Tracking #XXXXXXXXXXXXFebruary 1, 2016Mr. [redacted] NC XXXXX-XXXXDear Mr. [redacted],In response to the Revdex.com Case # XXXXXXXX, we have enclosed a $10 [redacted] Z-card to compensate you for the incident when using your gift card at our Durham location. Review: I filed a compliant through the Sheetz customer service email via their website in the beginning of October (it was October 3rd I believe) and they have yet to respond to my concerns.I was at Sheetz on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 when I pulled up to the gas pump, got out of my car and walked inside to get a drink and to also pay for my gas. I bought my items and left my sister inside to grab the drinks while I went outside to pump gas. That's when I noticed one of their signs leaning up against my car. I thought nothing of it and picked it up to set it back up in between the red posts and the brick pillar. I turned around then and discovered that the sign had scratched (in several places) my passenger side car door. My car is a brand new 2013 Mazda 5. I've only had it a very short time and now thanks to the negligence of Sheetz, it's scratched up down the entire side of my passenger door. I went inside and told a young man who was working in there, but nothing was taken care of to fix the sign or remove it from the premise. I came back about a week later to find the same sign in the same spot all torn up and being held together by a zip tie. I'm very upset with what happened to my vehicle and I am even more disappointed that Sheetz will not even acknowledge what happened. If that sign was properly secured, this wouldn't have happened.Desired Settlement: I want Sheetz to contact me in regards to this issue and to show that they're apologetic for the negligence caused. I would like to speak with someone about this issue and possibly come to some sort of resolution.
