I asked the cashier for 5 packs of *** 100s. She bagged and sold me 5 packs of regular ***. I walked home and realized the mistake. The next morning I walked back and tried to exchange them. They told me they wouldn't do it because some people had injected something into the cigarettes years ago and then returned them. The cigarettes were undamaged, unopened and I had a receipt. The return policy does not exclude tobacco products. I called the number for complaints, I was told that I would hear from the district manager within 3 business days, I did not hear from anyone and so a week later I called again. They told me the same thing. Again, a week went by and nothing. I called again. Now another week has gone by. STILL nothing.
