It is truly unfortunate that *** had a bad day in general that day.Per our agreement; Eden was to provide hall, table, chairs, linens, a head table, a candy bar table ,and a gift table Kitchen use was also included for a feea backdrop for a fee, dinnerware and glassware and
flatware fee and a cleaning of the hall fee of All except for the kitchen were able to be used and provided to her on that day.Kitchen fee was refunded or discountedI read to her myself all of the above items both in Spanish and in EnglishUnfortunately her son had gotten a to physical altercation with other guestsThat the owner had no choice but to shut the party down for the guests safety.Once we closed down the event she got extremely upset and took the micro phone indicating how unhappy she was. I feel for this lady She is a very nice ladyI believe she misunderstood something and I wish I was aware of it to have avoided her misunderstanding.Eden Gardens will not refund her any money in any amount.We have a list of upgrades given to her for free in compensation for the non use of the kitchen worth over 1500.00Regards,***
