TERRIBLE! ROLLED BACK THE ODOMETER BUT WON'T RESPOND TO COMPLAINTS.

I purchased a BMW 530I in July 2015 with cash and when I tried to drive it to the DMV the transmission went out. I repaired the car and tried to register the car and found the paperwork was wrong.

I called the person([redacted] who sold me the car and he blamed me saying driving it caused the damage and stopped all calls. I called the dealership (Mr.[redacted]'s son who's number is the dealership website number) and he blamed salesperson for the paperwork being wrong and car damage.

I sent a Letter of Intent which explained everything that happened and requested things fixed. I asked if I could receive a response in a timely manner and heard nothing in 2 and a half weeks. I received the certified portion of my receipt with the New Manager [redacted] signature.

I went to the dealership to find out how to handle this situation. When I ask about fixing the paperwork and car repairs I received no clear response on car repairs from Mr. [redacted] I was told the company has no longer been in business since 2014 by him and he's now selling car with no responsibility to the previous cars sold by Shehata98 Auto Sales. The new manager recreated the documents using the previous company name and everything was done in minutes and I didn't see anyone except him. He even notarized everything but when I mentioned the car repair he ignored the question and focused on getting me to get the title of the car in my name.

I got nothing resolved.

I wouldn't recommend anyone come to this place if it was the only place around. I would advise they invest in sneakers over buying a car from them.

On Oct.30,2014 I ([redacted] L. [redacted] Jr.) made a down payment of $2960 on a 2004 Nissan Maxima to [redacted]'s 98 Auto Sales. I also paid $160 towards the purchase of mypermanent tags which I was told would be there at the dealership among my return the following month of Nov.2014. After having the car for about 2 to 3 weeks the powersteering fluid started to leak. [redacted]'s agreed to making the necessary repairs. On Nov.30, 2014 I went to [redacted]'s to pick up my tags and make my 1st car note payment of $340. After making my payment I was toldby the owner that my tags still hadn't arrived. The owner then issued me another set of 30 day temporary tags. At the beginning of Dec.2014 I arrived at [redacted]'sto make my 2nd payment and to pick up my tags once again. Upon arrival there was no one there. I tried contacting the owner several times thur calls and textes henever responed. So I waited a couple of weeks I returned to the dealership sometime in mid Jan.2015 still no one was there.I tried calling and texting once again still no replieswere received. At this time my mother told me to go to DMV and try and get my tags myself.Upon arriving at the DMV office I explained my situation to the clerk she ran the VIN number for the car(2004 Nissan Maxima) and nothing came back sobasically the car didn't exsist in their database. The clerk told me there was nothing DMV could do for me. At this point I was done.I was disappointed to the upmost. In between time I had to have the starter replaced and a new battery put in the car. Sometime in late March to early April 2015the brakes starting going out on the car. I parked the car in front of my apartment complex. While the car was parked I received a text from the owner of [redacted]'son a Thursday stating my tags and title had finally come and I could come in that following Monday to pick them up.Finally some good news about this ordeal with the car. Before Monday morning came I received a phone call from my grandmother statDesired SettlementI [redacted] L, [redacted] request that I be reimbursed all of the money that I payed down on the car, payments that was made on the car, and for several repairs that was fixed on the car.
