I am rejecting this response because: it is unbelievable and not trueIm outragedI only went to this jeweler for a charm they hadThe jewelers recommended their necklaces, and I wanted a certain lengthI did try on the jewelryBut it did not fall off my neck in the storeI also asked about warranty, and they guaranteed warranty on all of their jewelry, including diamondsWhich is falseI did not hear then, about the different quality of chainOr that it may breakAnd, did not know "no refunds", until I paid, and saw it on my receiptWhich I thought you had to have posted in your storeI complained then but was assured I would not have an issue with their goldAnd that I had warrantyWhivh is untrueAnd now the jeweler expects me to purchase a different chain from them, when the first chain purchased, broke 2-times, in less than daysNever okayAt this point, I do not believe that any of their jewelry is exceptableI do not wish to shop here ever again, and I would not recommend any else toI feel that I deserve a refund, or a brand new chain, which I thought I purchasedThis has been a hassle that I never needed to experienceI refuse to purchase anything else from this jeweler, and I will tell the world
