on the availability of the vehicle he was interested in was given incorrectly human errorI advised Mr *** to come in to the dealership and I would appraise his vehicle and give him a value of what our dealership would be willing to pay for it and hopefully that would meet with his satisfactionIn regards to any other allegations we are unclear as to what he is talking about
