called back later to state that the dealer was looking into it and he would call back the next day. Then he changed his mind and wanted us to contact store and then he said that he would have store contact us. We were a little confused on what he actually wanted. We told him that we would contact dealer the following day, which we did. After several conversations with dealer, it was determined that a LP kit was needed. Dealer supplied model number and we then looked up and obtained a part number. I then called customer with an estimate for the service. He got irate and said that the cost was too much and he demanded to see our invoice. We told him "no, you will get a copy of your invoice". We use pricing set by our parts supplier, we do not make up or inflate prices. We then got to the part about scheduling for service. He stated that the dryer was to be delivered on 12-8-17. We then told him that we are in his service area on Tuesday and Thursday and that we could do service on 12-12-17. We cover a very large area and the area is broken up into sections. He did not call back for service. When customer talked to owner, he stated that we told him the date available for service, he questioned why he would have to wait so long and then he stated that we said ok: you'll have to wait 2 weeks (which is not true at all). The customer was very confusing and wanted to argue about everything. When we received the dispatch for warranty service, we thought that since the customer obviously did not want to do service with us and the conflict that was experienced that it was best for everyone to refuse the service. We would expect that any service that we would offer would be a fight. We refused the service the day it was received (12-14-17). GE should have rescheduled the call with a different servicer and notified the customer that we would not be coming on 12-15-17. We reserve the right to reject any dispatch that is sent to us, sometimes it is necessary for different reasons. In this case, it was the best for all involved. As to the resolution of this problem: We think that it is for the best that we continue to not service this particular customer. We try our best to give good customer service to all, but sometimes it is not possible to please everyone. On 12-20-17 we received a call from dealer that customer has tried to prompt them into saying negative things about our company so he can record the conversation.
