On May I placed an order for a Blank Dash plaque for my Shelby GT , the orignal had been removed before I purchased the car and I want to replace it The original was signed by Carrol Shelby and now all I can get is the AUTO pen signature I'm fine with that I was told the order would be 8-weeks and I would be notified when it was being shipped after months I contacted Shelby American and was told by thier customer service rep that there was an issue with my ordre and that my dash plaque didn't ship They charged my CC card and din't notify me They are suppossedly in the process of re-ordering the dash plaque which will be another wait and I don't know how long ...they already cahrged me for it ...there are other suppliers out there I would recommend checking them out before dealing with Shelcy Automobiles INC It appears that what ever customer appreciation or customer service there was with Shelby Automobles it left when Carrol Shelby left this world
