Shelby Pines Apartments

I'm a new tenant I moved into the Shelby pines apts on February 3, 2014. Upon moving in I was assured that the roofing in my apt would be fixed within a timely manner. It has been a month now and not only is my living roof still leaking after a supposed fix but its now leaking in several sections. Now I've brought this to the managements attention on several occasions and the only thing she was able to say after catching an attitude with me was to give a 30 day notice and move her words exactly "Oh and it'll go on your credit" so at the moment I don't have any other means to contact the owner. I'm hoping this gets taken care of I don't see myself paying to leave somewhere and I can't even fully unpack my belongings.
