I, Shelby Cobb, of Shelby's Photography received a complaint through the Revdex.com 9/7/I have been utterly embarrassed as a full time working mother of two boys, a full time nursing student and a wife of a man who works out of state, leaving me responsible for the household duties
Generally, turn over time for a wedding disk is 4-weeks (a month)I photographed Mrand Mrs*** wedding 7/30/I informed Mrand Mrs*** that I started school in August and would try my best to finish their pictures before I entered schoolWith my busy schedule, I was unable to do so and I, myself, contacted Mrs*** 8/25/(my second day of nursing school) and informed her that I was still working on her photos and that they generally take up to a month to edit as there are many photos to go throughOnly a few days later, 8/30/16, Mr*** wrote an inappropriate comment publicly on my business' *** page, I then banned them from my page after this incident and got back into contact with Mrs*** regarding the inappropriate comment and her picturesShe informed me that she understood and that my work was "great"Only a few days later 9/7/Mrand Mrs*** took it upon themselves to file a complaint with the Revdex.comI work very hard for my customers, and I have run my business for four years and have never had a complaintMrand Mrs*** knew of my situation and gave no mercyI have many friends who are also photographers and their wedding photos can take up to six months to editI try my best to turn over photos in a timely fashionI have taken this experience into consideration to run my business a little differently, as I already have a wedding contract, I went into my contract and added a time line so that future customers do not have confusionMrand Mrs*** did receive their disk with their wedding photos along with a print release, I have a receipt from the post office as proof that this issue was taken care ofThank you with great appreciation, Shelby Cobb
