Review: I brought my 2011 Kawasaki ZX10R in to the authorized Kawasaki dealer to replace the spark plugs due to an inappropriate mixture of air and fuel ratio. The service manager gave me false information after removing the spark plug. I was told the engine was defective and should be rebuilt. After taking two months to diagnose the bike with no conclusive findings, the engine was rebuilt. Once the bike was released to me I realized the bike was leaking oil and had broken fairings. I brought the bike in on three occasions to have the remainder of my concerns addressed. They fixed one oil leak and told me there were no more leaks. I test rode the bike and found there were more leaks. I brought the bike back to them and they drilled a hole into my gas tank and still did not fix the leak. So I had a gas leak and an oil leak. My last attempt to have my bike repaired properly was also a total failure. They replaced my gas tank and still did not fix the oil leak. Now the dealer refuses to service my bike and fix the problems they have created. I attempted to contact Kawasaki which states they are not responsible for franchise dealers workmanship. I took my bike to another dealer which told me my engine needs to be rebuilt again since it was not done properly. Now I am totally liable for an oil leak which will cost me $2000.00 dollars to fix. Not to mention the oil leak reaches my back tire which is a motorcyclists worst nightmare.Desired Settlement: I would like the dealership to refund the cost associated with the warranty repair to Kawasaki. Then Kawasaki can reissue the payment to a competent dealership to make the necessary repairs.
