Review: I order beauty supplies from Sheldeez beauty supplies on Jan 11 2013, and never received the products. I emailed them 8 times and they keep saying "the products are on their way". I have never received anything. I emailed the owner [redacted] and still I have not received my products. Once they emailed me a fedex shipping label but they never used the label. I have tried calling, emailing and I have just given up. So I though maybe the Revdex.com should help.

I have saved the email correnspondence if you would like to see them.

Review: I placed on order given invoice number [redacted] on 2/15/13 and have not received the merchandise.

Review: Purchased online products March 14 2013 through this company which I never received. Have emailed and contacted numerous times but have received no response.Desired Settlement: At the least, give a full refund of $21.28

Review: I ordered salon products from their website. My payment information was taken and my credit card was charged, but I have not received the products. I have tried to contact the company but I haven't been able to get a response.Desired Settlement: I would just like to have my money refunded to me.

Review: I ordered BABY LOVE MOISTURIZING HAIRDRESS LOTION 8OZ on Feb 23. It is now March 12 and I have not gotten the product. I have sent 2 emails and called 4 times and no one has responded, "by the end of the business day".Desired Settlement: I want the product I ordered or a refund $16.80.

Review: This company sold me 2 products that they didn't have, and have not refunded me although they said they would. I have inquired about the refund without a response.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. That's it. This company should not sell or advertise items they do not have. If unable to provide a product they advertise, the company should not accept payment.

Review: I order some shaving powder for my husband on 6/1/14 and I have not gotten the products. I call the number and left a message and left an email and have not gotten a response.Desired Settlement: The business need to contact me with a phone call and to correct the problem.

Review: Placed an order online in the 10th of Feb 2013 for hair care products and have not gotten the items. I have made a few calls to the company to check on the status of my order and have not received any calls or voice messages from Sheldeez. I called yesterday and left a voice message requesting a refund and still have not heard anything back from this company. The number listed of the Revdex.com database is different than the number listed. The number I called was [redacted], it is also listed on their website. The number listed in the Revdex.com database is: 786-513-6234 which is the fax number. This company has made no attempts to correct this issue at all. My next step is to notify the Attorney General's office of VA if this is not resolved. Thank you for your time.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund back to my debit card immediately and will take my business elsewhere.

Review: On February 10, 2014, I ordered a quantity of 20 7.5oz jars of [redacted] Cocoa Butter from Sheldeez beauty salon's online store. The order went through fine and I received an invoice in the amount of $38 including the delivery charge, from an " [redacted]" at Sheldeez, and later the same day received a 2nd invoice for the same product from the salon itself. On February 14, after. 4 days passed with no email confirming my item shipped, I responded to the Sheldeez order confirmation email, asking if my ordered in fact shipped and when I can expect delivery? That email did not get a reply, so on February 18, I sent another email, this time replying to the [redacted] invoice email stating that this is my 2nd inquiry about my order, and that no one has replied after another 4 days, and that it has been over a week since my order was confirmed. On the 21st I recieved an email from Sheldeez salon:

Hello Mrs,

I apologize for the delay. We are completely sold out of your order and were not able to reorder this product from our suppliers. Your account is scheduled to be refunded on Monday. Thank you.

That Monday, February 24th came and I received an email notification from Sheldeez salon that my refund is to be issued, although no refund ever was issued to me. I got no response. On March 3, 2014, after still no refund I replied to [redacted]'s email stating that I still hadn't received my refund. I got no response. On March 11th, I replied to the [redacted] email refund notification stating that although I am patient, my patience have just about run out. It has been another 2 weeks since I received the refund notification email, but have yet to receive my payment. Still no reply as of yet.Desired Settlement: This was a gift for someone. For poor customer services, false advertising, and my inconvenience, I think that I should still get the products I was charged for and be refunded my paid delivery charge, or at the very least a complete refund for my purchase.
