Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Translated by ym he police asked perfectly clear if he had explained his rules and he answered no because of that motive me, the police and he agreed that he will provide another phoneI am a consumer and regarding the law of the day guaranteeHe lied and said that my son dropped the phone; I have the paper that he gave me before you had it reviewedIt says on the paperwork that it is an electrical issue; he said his business has a big reputationIf that is the case then why did he speak to me with bad words and then told me to leave his business and it’s like I could not talk to the man I was forced to call the police.He also lied and made the police waist their time with me now that the second police determined that I paid that I owed and you were suppose to give me a new phone in a week; however, you took advantage of me and gave me a used phone without being activatedI asked if someone can call this type of business

Thank you for taking the time to contact the Revdex.com and letting them know about our business dealings on 9th April It’s always a pleasure dealing with the Revdex.com, and as a company we always appreciate their input
At Sheldon Cellular we pride ourselves on offering great products and great guest service
As with any company in the Cellular industry we must ensure that we operate with the highest of ethics and guest serviceThis been said we stand behind our productDue to the high risk of damage to cellular equipment we do publish that all sales are final
We appreciate the fact that you chose our location to make your cellular purchasesWe are aware of the fact that you had some issues with your device, and were informed by your son that he had dropped the phone after you left our premisesPhysical damage is not covered under the warranty guidelinesPerhaps an equipment insurance plan would be better for you
This been said, when you returned with the equipment we did our utmost to rectify the problemThis we were willing to do at our costObviously our attempts to resolve the issue did not please you, and this continued with several visits you made to our storeIt became clear that you wanted this issue to be resolved at even more cost to our company
At this point you called the Police to accompany you to our storeThis you did three times and it became clear to the police officer that Sheldon Cellular was not in the wrong, and that you were wasting their time as wellWe did uphold our part of the bargain, but when your attitude became one of boisterous resentment and demanding we did choose to part waysWe are sure that these are facts you did not disclose to the Revdex.com
I’m sure that the Revdex.com receives many unwarranted complaints such as this one, and I thank them for their time in following up with usIf they require any further information, the police officers contact information or if we could assist them in any way they are welcome to contact us

I am a consumer and regarding the law of the 30 day guarantee. He lied and said that my son dropped the phone; I have the paper that he gave me before you had it reviewed. It says on the paperwork that it is an electrical issue; he said his business has a big reputation. If that is the case then why did he speak to me with bad words and then told me to leave his business and it’s like I could not talk to the man I was forced to call the police.He also lied and made the police waist their time with me now that the second police determined that I paid 70.00 that I owed and you were suppose to give me a new phone in a week; however, you took advantage of me and gave me a used phone without being activated. I asked if someone can call this type of business.
