Review: I'm trying to return a vehicle and get my down payment back on a car that guzzles gas and smells of gasoline when driven. The owner will not return my calls. He has made himself scarce at the lot where I purchased the vehicle. The finance company [redacted] Investment Corporation does not answer the phone or return calls. The car is a lemon I don't want it and I want my money back. They consistently avoid me and tell me the owner is unavailable to speak with me. They sold me a car that is worthless and will not let me return it although it is still under warranty.Desired Settlement: I would only like to return the vehicle to them and get my down payment back.

Review: On September 26, 2015 I went to purchase a vehicle at Sheldon Motors. The sales man his name is [redacted], he told me to leave a deposit of a $100.00 to hold the car. I asked him if I changed my mind will you give me the money back and he said yes its refundable. At the beginning he told me if I finance three years at the rate of 2.99% the monthly payment would be $289.00. On September 30, 2015 Omar called me saying that the loan was approved. On October 3, 2015 he called me again and he told me that the interest rate went up to 3.99% and my monthly payment would be $293.00. I told him that I don't want this car anymore and I would like my money back. But he refused to give me my money back and that I have to deal with the owner which his name is [redacted]. So I went that day to see the owner of the place, I spoke to him and he also refused to give me my $100.00 back and he told me that this money is for [redacted] sales consultant because he worked so hard to get the loan approved for you. But [redacted] is the owner and he's the one who's suppose to pay him, not take my money and give it to him for his hard work. When I don't even see that he did anything at all, all he did is call and print a paper or two. I shouldn't be responsible to pay his employee’s. When I told him that I will go and report him to Middlesex county, he said I will give you credit toward another vehicle. If this is the only dealer in New Jersey, I am not going to buy from him because of his dispute. I would like my money back as soon as possible. Thank you!Desired Settlement: To keep their word and if they told me its refundable then I should get my money back right away.
