Review: I had windows installed in 2007. Six windows have condensation between the glass surfaces. In addition the bay window sill is rotting. I have a Lifetime Warranty from the company that includes "film formation or dust collection between the glass surfaces." I contacted the company on many occasions and was told that they would not honor the warranty and would charge me for the repair.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE THE AFFECTED WINDOW PANES REPLACED AND THE WINDOW SILL REPLACED AS WELL.

The warranty is a manufacturers warranty from [redacted]. and not from [redacted]. We are not [redacted].. Okna manufacturer is the responsible party. [redacted] in fact dispatched a crew and observed condensation between the sashes of a few windows. However, there will be a labor charge. This is explicit on the Manufacturers warranty on #2.Warranty Limitations. "[redacted]. liability is limited solely and exclusively to repair or replacement, at the discrection of [redacted]. and under no circumstances will [redacted]. be liable for incidental or consequential charges such as, but not limited to, labor cost for any purpose, inconvenience, damage or injury to persons or to property or any other expense." In regard to the bay window, it was concluded that the water damage was not coming from the window itself, but from other places that were not identified. It could be coming from the fa&ccedi l;ade or from the roofline etc. We at [redacted] told the customer there would be a labor charge and they refused to pay.
