On Nov 6, 2017, I ordered goods for $271.96 CAD at their online store Shelfies.com, and payed it in full through VISA.
Come 2018, I sent them an email, informing Shelfies I had still not recieved my products. They cited production delays, but promised I would recieve a tracking number within 8-14 days.
In mid February 2018, I wrote again - this time they estimated 19-25 days before shipping.
In late March 2018, I wrote again - they apologized for the delay and cited manufacturing issue. They promised to "be on top of this issue".
In late May 2018, I wrote again. They cited production backlog, but assured me that my order was being sent to production and delivered very soon.
In mid August 2018, I wrote to them, asking ti cancel my order and have my payment returned. They approved this, and asked me to allow 5-10 business days for funds to appear on my statement.
It is now October, and I have not recieved my refunds.

Desired Outcome

I would like them to refund the total amount $271.96 CAD to my VISA bank account. The reason I am registering this complaint with Revdex.com is because I do not longer trust them to do what they say, and I have (since my initial order) also read a lot of bad reviews of them not delivering or refunding undelivered products.

I had not noticed that the amount was already credited because I had been looking at the wrong VISA-card account. The amount was made available at my "old" VISA account on Aug 14. My mistake in forgetting I had used a different VISA account than I usually use, to place the order. I considered the issue resolved to my satisfaction.

I ordered a shirt on April 10th, 2018 and they said it would arrive within 25 days.

I contacted them on May 23rd, 2018 and received this generic response:
"I am just reaching out to give you a quick update about your order - we realize that we're a bit behind on the production side (super sorry about that), and want to make sure that you know we haven't forgotten you. We're working really hard to get your order out as fast as possible, and will be notifying you by email the minute it ships."

It is now July 23rd, 2018. I haven't heard anything from them. I have contacted them asking for a refund, but from the looks of other reviews it doesn't seem like I'll get one...

I placed an order on Jan 23, 2018 for custom men's shorts. My order number is XXXXX. I have not received my item as of today. I've sent emails to inquire about my order but no response. I paid via *** $53.17. They state that there is a 19-25 day turn around for custom orders. Clearly, this is WELL over their promised turn around time. When my order was approved, ***, emailed me to inform me that the order was placed.

I ordered an item for a coworkers birthday in January. I've been asking for tracking on this item since February and kept being placated by various representatives but mainly a representative named "***". She kept saying yes it's on it's way and here's a store credit as well. After waiting a couple months I said no more. I promised this gift for my coworker and was not able to deliver. ***. I asked time after time for a refund and was ULTIMATELY REFUSED. I want my money back and I want it now. PLUS the amount for 5 months of frustration.

I was the amount of the item back PLUS $500

I ordered a product, waited a month, emailed to ask if I could have tracking information on my product, and started waiting all over again. Incredibly unresponsive to emails, no one follows through, and I learned absolutely nothing about if my product even existed or was going to be sent. I finally asked for a refund because I was so tired of their ***, and am currently waiting for that to come through. Fingers crossed.

Purchased a product over the Halloween weekend from their ready to ship section, and I received it in 24 hrs. Happy with the quality and customer support.

Placed an order for 5 items on December 4 2017. Order number is 46593. Visa card was charged same day. On February 21, 2018, had only received 3 of the 5 times, and were told that the remaining two items were still in processing and would take 19-25 days to process. On May 4, 2018, orders are still in processing and have not yet received items. No communication or explanation from company.

I want my remaining two items to be shipped or fully refunded within the week.

I purchased a sweatshirt from this company towards the end of November 2017 for a Christmas present ***. I was not seeing the package anytime soon for Christmas. So I emailed them. They emailed me back saying that they were understaffed and production was low. So I was looking more towards February. *** Well March 1 came around. Still nothing. I emailed them they said they would give me a 15dolalr credit and I could order easy items like a phone case while I'm still waiting on the sweatshirt. I got the phone case but it didn't fit the phone I ordered. I didn't even mention it to them because I didn't even care, it was basically free. Mid April I blatantly ask for my money back. (Around 60usd) they gave me the same excuse they continued to give me since December. I said I want my money back no more excuses. Last week a customer service provider said they can't process the refund but they will have a refund person contact me in 24-48 hours. Well it's been over a week and no contact. I emailed them again yesterday, and have not heard back.

This company confirmed my orders placed on 3/15/18 and had charged my credit card for the order. After confirming the products detail, they said it would be 7-16 business days for my order to be complete. After reaching out several time through email on the dates of: 3/26, 3/29, 4/5, 4/11, 4/18, 4/23 and also tried calling a disconnected phone number provided on their website, shelfies.com. In each email that I
Asked for an update and estimated delivery time they would respond with a generic "At the moment we are not able to give you exact information about the waiting period, but we expect to know in the nearest time. As soon as there is any news we are going to let you know immediately". And would never get back to me with an update. My order number XXXXX was given each time and the amount of $42.45 was charger to my credit card on 3/16. I have 60 days to dispute it with my
Bank and I am afraid this company is putting off production of my order until after those 60 days so I cannot dispute the charge and not get my money back. "***" is the name that signed some of the emails they responded to me with.

I want the company to give me the product that I ordered or make sure they are able to no make me go past the 60 days to dispute it with my bank if they are not going to produce my order

I have made a purchase from their website on 31 January 2018. It is now 22 April 2018 and the company has failed to deliver the merchandise that I have purchased. I have made multiple contacts with the company with false hope of delivering "7-11" days on multiple occasions. The last of this promise was on April 5th. I have paid $54.94 CAD and the transaction has already gone through with my bank. The sales receipt is #***. When I try to track my purchase, it is always under "pending approval." ***. Thank you very much.

Ordered a Christmas sweater from an ad that said "order now to receive by christmas" When they waited a month before shipping off the order, they wanted me to pay additional to get express shipping so it would make it on time. They wouldn't pay for the shipping to honor their ad. Didn't get by christmas. Guess I'll have one ready for next year.

Ordered t-shirt over a month ago. It's April 12, 2018... still no t-shirt. Going to request money back.

I ordered two sweaters from this company on September 4, 2017. I was told to wait 25 business days for my order to arrive in the mail. I inquired on October 10, 2017, November 20, 2017, and about the delays in my order and was given a few excuses and offers for discounts on future purchases.

On February 22, 2018, I emailed them a third time asking for an update on my order. On February 26, 2018, *** from Customer Support Management wrote to me listing a few more reasons for the delays and offered the following ***
To maintain our 100% happiness policy, the following action can be done regarding your order:
- Switch product type to: T-Shirt, Tank Top, Mug, Blanket, Leggings etc
- Full Refund.
- Continue with product & partial refund

I asked for a full refund on February 27, 2018 and on March 6, 2018 received a reply saying ***
Our returns department has approved your refund We would like to apologize for not getting your item out to you in time. Please allow 5-10 business days before the funds appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

On March 26, 2018 I still had not received my refund. I emailed Shelfies letting them know that it had been over 10 business days and I still did not have my money. I received no reply.

On Tuesday, April 3, 2018, I emailed again, this time letting them know that if the money was not in my account by the end of the week, *** Today is Saturday, April 7, 2018 and I still do not have my money refunded to me, and my last two emails have not been responded to.

I want my money ($151.78) back.

One shirt ordered almost six months ago and they have nothing but *** in their responses. I wish I would have searched their ratings before I sent them any money. Nicholas M. just likes taking your money and the attention, not actually selling goods on his website or being a real business in any way.

On the 14th otobre 2017 I order on the website of shelfies 2 clothes ref: Paint Splatter Sweater - XS and Melted Crayon Sweater - XS.

I paid immedialy my order by credit card. The payement was accepted.

I contact shelfies several time by the support email of the compagnie. Everytime they apologies and give me a new date of shipping that they don't respect.

On this date (21-01-2018)i still not receive my order

I would like to receive my order in the shortest time. If it's not possible i would like to get refund with a compensation for the delay.

I ordered one of the shelfies pullovers. Shelfies immediately charged my account. I received no confirmation email. After two weeks, I sent an email to Shelfies. They responded with a form email stating that orders take 19 to 25 days to fill. It is now 32 days. I have sent more emails and continue to receive the same form email. I have tried the phone. Not even a decent messaging system.

I ordered a sweater as a Christmas gift online on Oct 17, 2017 at 12:31AM and got an email confirmation of this order. On October 18, 2017 the amount of $92.97 half of this was for shipping charges was charged to my *** account. I have never received my sweater. I have sent NUMEROUS emails, as there is no contact telephone number for this company, and keep getting generic type replies with excuses as to why my item has not shipped. Here is one response - Shelfies works with many production sites in the USA, Canada and Internationally, and we pride ourselves in being able to offer our customers very short production times for many of our products. Unfortunately, one of our locations has not been able to keep up with demand, and the unshipped items of your order have been affected - we have just been informed that some of these affected orders will not be delivered before Christmas. They have offered to refund but reading many reviews online about this company they are not good at refunding ***.I ordered initially from this company specifically because they were in Canada as *** I would have it sooner than almost 3 months from the order date. Not having a customer service number to reach them is a *** way to do business as well. Any help getting this resolved is appreciated. Thank you.

I ordered two items on August 10 2017 totalling $141. I was provided an order number to track my order, however this proves useless as it just directs you to a page that says we'll contact you when your order is shipped. I started to attempt contact with the company in September. No luck. Multiple emails went unreturned. The phone number is out of service. The *** account says down for service as of October 6th, but encourages emailing the support address. Again, no reply.
