 The pumps are regulary checked and calibrated correctly. We did not find any errors with pumps nor with credit/debit card readers....

I am sorry for any inconvenience however you may have selected the wrong grade. We do not operate the convenience store nor do we manage the employees. Gas Land only provides gasoline to the station and regularly services the gas dispensers. If you selected the correct grade and did not recieve the discount from STOP AND SHOP you must contact there customer support.

Review: On Saturday, September 7, 2013, I visited the 1667 Tchoupitoulas St New Orleans LA 70130 location and made an attempt to use my card at the gas pump in order to purchase gas and my card was declined. I made several more attempts outside and it was declined. I went inside because I knew for a fact that money was on the card. The female clerk swiped my card and she indicated that it was declined. I went outside and used my Bank of America debit card on the same pump and it was approved. I tried to use my card later that evening at another location but a zero balance was reported once I checked the balance. It indicated that a purchase of $16.98 was made on 9/7/13 and a purchase of $50.00 was made on 9/7/13 at the Shell station. I do not know what is going on but I do know that I did not purchase anything from Shell on that particular day with that card because it was declined.I called and left my information for the manager to return my call and he never returned my call.Desired Settlement: I would like an explanation of what happened and the charge of $16.98 AND $50.00 credited back to the Prepaid Debit card ending in [redacted].

Review: I WENT TO THE SHELL MART TO GET GAS. I USED MY STOP AND SHOP CARD WHICH GIVES A DISCOUNT. THE PRICE PER GALLON WAS $2.79 A GALLON, WHEN I USED MY STOP AND SHOP DISCOUNT CARD TURNED THE PRICE TO $ 2.59 A GALLON. I PAIDED FOR THE GAS IN CASH. I WENT OUT TO THE GAS PUMP AND PUSHD FOR REGULAR GAS WHICH STATED WHEN I STARTED TO PUMP $ 2.59 A GALLON. WHEN I STARTED TO USE THE GAS PUMP THE $ 3.09 HIGH TEST STARTED TO FLASH AS THE PUMP STARTED WHILE I KNOW I PUSHED FOR REGULAR GAS AND THE $ 2.59 A GALLON WAS SHOWING ON THE PUMP I WAS USING AND SWITHCED OVER TO $ 3.09. I DID THE MATH AND I GOT GAS FOR $ 3.09 A GALLON INSTEAD OF $ 2.59. I WENT BACK INTO THE STORE TO GET MY RECEIPT AND THE CASHIER WAS A LITTLE HESITANT TO GIVE ME MY RECEIPT FOR GAS. I DON'T THINK THAT YOU SHOULD NOTIFY BY E-MAIL OR REGULAR MAIL UNTIL SOMEONE CHECKS THIS OUT FIRST. SO OTHER CUSTOMERS TO GET RIPPED OFF OR THE SHELL MART TO FIX THIS PROBLEM BEFORE SOMEONE SHOWS UP FROM YOUR COMPANY. I WAS CUT $ 4.00 DOLLARS SHORT FROM THIS GAS STATION. I PUT $ 20.00 DOLLARS OF GAS IN MY CAR. TIMES $ 2.59 X 6.4 GALLONS OF GAS = 16.83. TIMES $ 3.09 X 6.4 GALLONS = $ 19.77Desired Settlement: MY REFUND BACK AND HAVE SOMEONE CHECK THIS PLACE OUT AND TO SEE IF THERE RIPPING OTHER CUSTOMERS OFF EITHER BY USING THE STOP AND SHOP CARDS OR JUST CHANGING THE PRICE ON OTHER DISCOUNTS WAYS.

Review: For more than 2 months, this location has had no less than a dozen postings, including 2 oversized signs hyping the ability to sign up for their loyalty rewards program and save $0.03/gallon -- "Start earning and savings today." (with "today" in a bold, different colored font)I signed up for the card on June **, 2013 and attempted to use it, only to be told that the system is out of service so that I could not use it and thus could not save the 3 cents/gallon that day. Understanding that systems do go down, I asked when it would be working, but the employee was unsure. A week later I went back for another fillup, only to learn that the system still did not work. After yet another time where I found it to not be working, I finally reached out to the loyalty reward program, Fuel Rewards Network, via phone to inquire as to what the issue was. They informed me that the system was still not operational, but in a written e-mail from July *, 2013 they stated that "we are sending a technical escalations to help get loyalty back up and running." In the month that has passed, the program is still not operational, the many signs stating to save today are still present, and I have no information on when the program may be operational again. I stated to the individuals on the phone and to the employees in the store that the signs should state something along the lines of "coming soon" or be removed all together. The response I received on the phone is that the program would be active soon, so they could stay. The signs and this program are misleading, especially after more than 2 months of being posted.Desired Settlement: 1. The signs should be removed or replaced with a "coming soon" designsation2. I would like to seek a refund of $0.03/gallon purchased for each purchase I have made since signing up -- approximately 45 gallons.3. A response as to what the issue is and why it has not be resolved.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Shell Gas regarding complaint ID [redacted]. The only person I have had a response from is a representative of the Fuel Rewards Program, who stated, "At this time the only station that is participating on the island is [redacted]." -- This response means that the station in question in my complaint is continuing to post an advertisement to save money on gas with a program that they are not signed up to and that customers cannot partake in. As of last night the signs were still posted advertising this program, even though it is clear that the discount program does not exist at the station in question.

Review: Long time consumer of Shell products and services I received bad gas (high water content and insufficient octane)from the Shell Gas station on [redacted] in [redacted] MD. On the drive home a few blocks from the station the engine light came on and my vehicle began engine pinging, and knocking. I pulled over to check and shut the car off. I opened the hood to look around. when starting I noticed the vehicle engine was hard to start and engine was hesitate, and stumble during acceleration. I immediately called my [redacted] service advisor. I explained the conditions of the vehicle and was told to bring it in for a diagnosis check. After the inspection two fuel injectors were destroyed the gas tank had to be drained and cleaned. As a result if the bad gas.Desired Settlement: Respectfully I would request full remittance for repairs. I have the gas evidence and statement for the [redacted] Dealership.
