Shell Gasoline

In response to claim number [redacted] My employee called me stating that there was a customer who is screaming at her saying she wants her money back because she did not get gas at all ,so I called her on the phone within minutes and she told me my gas pump is inoperable and broken and all gas was spilled on the ground ,now this is very very hard to believe ,once you start pumping you have to pull the trigger on the nozzle and to pump gallons of gasoline it takes minutes ,so MS [redacted] had the nozzle in her hand aimed out on the island and spilling gallons of gas ,when the customer said a $would fill my car !!!! is it gallons or $$$$ ,when the attendants went outside to look for the spill to clean it out ,the spill had already evaporated ,my attendant placed an out of service on the pump and I called service to have it inspected and the service man said there was nothing wrong with the pump so we put the pump back in service and the pump was operating normally with no spills or shutting off ,the service man said the customer must not have placed the nozzle correctly into the tank and it must have spilled a few ounces of gasI did offer Ms [redacted] a $as a token of appreciation and not admitting no guilt for coming to the station and for what she is claiming, so she said no way I need a full refund, I said I am sorry I will not give you money you already placed in your tank

was spilled on the ground ,now this is very very hard to believe ,once you start pumping you have to pull the trigger on the nozzle and to pump 10 gallons of gasoline it takes 7.5 minutes ,so MS [redacted] had the nozzle in her hand aimed out on the island and spilling 10 gallons of gas ,when the customer said a $30.00 would fill my car !!!! is it gallons or $$$$ ,when the attendants went outside to look for the spill to clean it out ,the spill had already evaporated ,my attendant placed an out of service on the pump and I called service to have it inspected and the service man said there was nothing wrong with the pump so we put the pump back in service and the pump was operating normally with no spills or shutting off ,the service man said the customer must not have placed the nozzle correctly into the tank and it must have spilled a few ounces of gas.
