The purchase order on 10/24/2014 show $500.00 deposit to hold the [redacted] until the loan was approved! Total was $6602.88-500,00= 6102.88 was balance due.After the loan was approved! See purchase order dated 10/272014 Colum #** 4002.88 credit was give and a $5600.00 checked was issue by state farm bank....

The total on both purchase order matches to $6602.88.We didn't take any extra money from her this issue was also forwarded to the Virginia dealer board and also have their repose to [redacted] I will attach it to this document,Best, Regards
