we did send a representative to the site he reported back that a tree had been removed from the fence line and the debrris was still piled up in the line and the fence crew installed the fence according to the existing gradI will review myself to see if there can be any corrective measures

We were scheduled to set posts on Wednesday 08/there is nothing I could have done about the rainy june which did put us and every other contractor behindWe set posts that wednesday and returned friday , after letting the posts set for
day on thursdaythe fence was installed that day.(it is common knowledge that the cement needs to cure for day) We had to return to install the post toppers on Monday and then another trip to adjust the post capsWe we were not supposed to do any trimmingAs far as the rush is concerned we do not haul brush as we have no way of disposal for brushThere was never discussion of this on the sale because we were not supposed to place the fence line where trimming was requiredIf the customer had us install the fence on the way of the trimmings we did that at no cost to the customer,but it is not our responsibility to remove what we do not bring to the jobFor any other inconvenience I apologize, and if anything else is required for the post toppers I would be glad to adjust them at the customers convenienceIn addition I never make up excuses if we are unable to do something I will tell the customer exactly whyWe cannot do everything we would like to do we do what we are able to do

Invalid Reason Not a Participating Store. No ability to contest this determination, phone system is completely automated. Determination is fraudulent in that the rebate documentation was supplied to me by the "participating store". This is obvious bait and switch where I elected a product predicated on an available rebate, only to have the company flatly deny my claim without reasonable justification.Desired Settlement: I should be given the 25$ rebate I am entitled to
