Review: I went to the car wash at this Shell Station, and I proceeded to put a $10 bill into the machine. There was no sign that clearly stated you need to put exact change in and that YOU WOULD NOT RECEIVE CHANGE. I chose the $7 car wash, expecting to get $3 in change. Nothing came out of the machine. I got my car wash, and went into the attendant to get my $3 change. The attendant refused. When I was persistent about getting my change, she called her manager. The manager also refused to return my money. There is a small box on the machine that said "No Change Returned." I assumed that meant it would light up and let you know that the machine didn't have change and that the customer would get the change in the store after the car wash. There was no clear indication that you had to put an exact amount in, and that the machine would NOT issue change. It was very confusing. And then to be refused my $3. Ball the attendant and the manager had to do was return my change. To me, this is theft and they stole $3 from me. They would not even issue a credit of $3 towards another car wash. I couldn't believe they refused to return my money. The attendant didn't even care when I said I would notify the Revdex.com for poor customer practices and theft of my money.Desired Settlement: I would like the Revdex.com to notify the business, as well as make sure the machine CLEARLY defines that "THIS MACHINE DOES NOT ISSUE CHANGE." I would also like my $3 returned to me with an apology from the owner about the refusal of returning my change, and a correction to how they would handle this situation if it were to occur again.I WILL NOT RETURN to this business again.
