Shell Restoration

Review: During the summer I hired Shell Restoration for total roof replacement on a rental property I have at [redacted]. The project was completed and they were paid. My tenant contacted me in September that the shingles were coming off the house. I immediately contacted Dave M[redacted],the owner, by email and waited a week for response. No response. Again began a series of phone calls and only got their voicemail. Finally after 6 weeks I received an email that the repair would be done the week of Nov 24 and I would be contacted.They blamed it on bad weather. This is the warmest and dry weather I've seen in my lifetime.Several more emails I sent in the last few weeks have no response. There is bare wood on my roof and will probably cause more damage. I would appreciate getting this taken care of. Thank you.Desired Settlement: Repair
