We hired Tyrone (TBaccile Paving) to paved our driveway in the beginning of June We paid $4,in deposits prior to any work being done (the total job was $7,100)Due to the need to level off our driveway, we were then charged an additional $1,for gravel and trucking feesWe paid this amount immediately as wellFrom that point forward all we have heard is that his paver machine broke down and he couldn't do the job; it's in the process of getting fixed; we should be there next week; we can do it by handNeedless to say we have a large driveway and we paid to have it paved, not raked by handWe waited very patiently for weeksMeanwhile, his broken paver sat in our driveway for our two weeksFinally we reached out again for a status updateHe said he was still waiting to get his machine fixed and it was going to be quite costlyHe could rent a paver for $1,to do our drivewayHe didn't ask us to pay for it, which was goodI said ok, so when will that be happeni

Regarding the complaint from [redacted] about free repeat guests. I spoke with [redacted] and explained that we have the contractual right to modify or change policies, procedures, facilities and programs as determined by the needs of the business.  There are no free guest terms in the membership...

agreement, it was simply a program that we were trying, like we do with many different offers.  I did explain to him that it was never designed to be a 2 for 1 membership and some members abused the privilege. To satisfy [redacted], who was very satisfied with the club otherwise, we enrolled his wife at a discounted family add-on rate and also at his request reduced his dues without a fee to the dues rate that he could have opted for when he first enrolled that did not include any guests. There was a $99 fee to join that we waived for him. That rate is also no longer available as an option in any of our clubs.  Overall I believe [redacted] is satisfied with this resolution.

Review: This shell station participates in stop & shop's gas promotion where you spend and get gas rewards. 10,20,30 cents off per gallon using rewards. I went into this establishement on 6/*/2015 when entering my stop & shop card number I was told I only had 10 cents off per gallon, knowing well off I actually had 40 cents off. I proceeded to pump my gas because they make you pay before they tell you your discount, than on 6/*/2015 I went to stop & shop and my recipt showed almost 50 cents off. Like I thought. I complained to the manger and he said that I was not the only person to complain about this gas station. I believe they are robbing both the customer and also charging stop & shop for rembursments for the discount they so called given to customers. This station is under new management and I believe there is a big problem. Please investigate and contact meDesired Settlement: I want this gas station removed from the program and fined . I'm also seeking 100.00$ for reimbursement for over charges from this business
