I was at the gas pump and inserted my credit card and pushed the midgrade button. I was then prompted to begin fueling. The fuel was not dispensing at first, at which point I double-checked the insertion of the hose and made sure that I had chosen the grade I wanted. After a few seconds, I noticed that my left hand was wet and could smell fuel. I double-checked again and noticed the fuel was dripping from the hinge where the nozzle and hose meet. At this point, the fuel started to dispense properly. When I looked up at the display on the pump I noticed the numbers were flickering XXXXXXXX. It was not displaying the dollar amount for gallons. I had taken a picture with my phone in case I was overcharged. When I was finished, I then pushed the button to print receipt in case there were any discrepancies. The receipt did not print out.
At this point, a man was standing behind me yelling and pointing his phone at me stating that he was the owner of the gas station and the pumps and that I was not allowed to take any photos. I tried to explain to him that the display was not working properly. He kept on screaming at me. I tried to tell him that the pump was also leaking. He told me he was calling the police. I followed him into the store and tried to show him the picture of the display. He refused to look at it and kept screaming. I informed him that the pump that was leaking gas was a safety hazard. He did not care. I said that I was filing a complaint.
I left the store and looked at the other pumps to find the consumer hotline stickers and none were present. I then drove across the street to the Mobile gas station to find the hotline information.

Contact by the Business The owner to fix the broken pump display panels, fix the leaking hoses and to display the Consumer Hotline information on all of the pumps. Also, to have the owner take some sort of anger management class.
