I am rejecting this response because: Mr*** *** continues to apologize and says he will reimburse the $but he never does I have been asking for my money to be refundedsince last year I had numerous calls to *** ***, my bookkeeper talked to *** *** and I also had a conversation with his secretary (who I think is he daughter) asking for a refund of $ The last few calls Mr*** was not pleasant stating he would send me the money and hung up on me He also told my bookkeeper he would personally cometo my office the next day and reimburse us the monies I was worn out with his lying and that is why I turned this over to the Revdex.com After turning over to theRevdex.com he stated he was sorry for the error and I gave him business days to get the money to me With all the time he has taken to respond to the Revdex.com, HESURELY COULD HAVE PUT A CHECK IN THE MAIL TO ME This complaint will not be resolved until I am refunded my $ And Yes, *** ***, this is called stealing.How many more excuses can you come up with

As you can see back when ***'s check was deposited it was almost a month after she sad it was sentShe had paid with her credit card when check had not arrived in daysWhen the check arrived it was deposited in error by my secretaryThere will be a check in mail to *** or I can credit her

I apologize to ***There will be a cashiers check going out to *** Monday morningIn the last week and a half I have been dealing with getting my year old mother out of hospital and into a nursing homeNo one is stealing from *** ***We have over two thousand customers and no complaints except thisThis all started because her check took days to go milesThe reason we have been in business this long is hard work and customer care

Pursuant to our phone conversation this afternoon and my recent complaint 4-1-15, ID#[redacted] on Shellaby Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, I have not received the $394.00 from Shellaby’s as promised from [redacted]. Shellaby’s  was paid twice due to my check he did not receive and then I let him charge my Visa account for same amount And then when he did get my check in the mail, he deposited it.    He owes me $394.00 and keeps saying he will take care of it but nothing happens.  [redacted] knows he owes me the $394.00 and he needs to take care of this now.  I cannot believe this company has been in business for as long as they have and this is how they operate.  This is called stealing.    Please re-open this complaint and move forward.    Thank You for your attention to this matter.   Regards – [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:While we did speak with Mr. [redacted] on Thursday, April 28th, 2016 at 10:19 a.m., a resolution for full refund, as mutually agreed, has NOT been fulfilled as promised. Mr. [redacted] conceded, in writing, given the agregious negligence and inferior, disreputable work performed by his son, [redacted], that we were entitled to a full refund of the $1,000.00 we had paid to his company, Shellaby A/C & Refrigeration, on March 15, 2016,  Though we obligingly offered to accept a refund via the original payment method (credit card) or to drive to his San Antonio office to pick up the refund check, he insisted it would be best for him to mail the refund check to our home.  He was provided with a copy of our invoice, which detailed our mailing address and then assured us the refund check would be put in the mail that day.  It is now 12 days past the date he said he would mail the check and we have yet to receive the promised refund, in any form.  On Tuesday, May 3rd, 2016, five days after his promise to refund our $1,000.00, we attempted to contact Mr. [redacted], via text, at the number we had previously communicated voice to voice and by text message.  As of May 10, 2016, Mr. [redacted] has not responded to our text or request for an update on the status of the refund he assured us we would receive on April 28, 2016.  We have since contracted with and paid in full, a reputable, licensed HVAC mitigation specialist to remedy the disreputable and inferior work performed by [redacted] of Shellaby A/C & Refrigeration.
