Shell's Pump Sales & Service, Inc.

Shell's is a top-notch operation. Called several well pump contractors and, while the others were either not showing up for the appointment or stating they couldn't get to the work soon, Shell's showed up that afternoon to troubleshoot. Todd was very efficient in knowing what to look at and define the problem. Within an hour, he had a boom truck at my well preparing to pull up the pipe and dead pump. Even though we have a rather deep well (600ft), we had a new pump and water to the house within about 24 hours!

And that's just scratching the surface on my praises for these folks. All too often, the sales guy shows up, talks a good game, quotes a price and leaves saying their guy who actually does the work will show up later. And you're lucky if they do so in a timely manner. With Shell's, Todd diagnosed the dead pump and called for the boom truck. When it arrived, he and the two men on the truck worked together. They really were like a choreographed ballet in how well they worked together. Each man new exactly what the others were doing and were like precision robots in the pulling of 600 feet of pipe. It was obvious they had done this thousands of times.

Next time I need a well guy, I'm calling Shell's and I suggest you do the same.

Their water softner equipment is very efficient, quiet during regeneration in comparison with other systems, and produces water that tastes good (which is no taste)!
