We are writing to defend our stance regarding complaint ID *** on 8-15-The customer, in question, has been an ongoing
customer, for some time, at Shelly PieThe problem, however, of being a regular customer are the constant complaintsThis particular customer has complained about our food, and our servers on a regular basisWe realize tipping is not a requirement, but she tips inappropriately for the total of her bill and/or for the service providedThis customer has, also, insisted on items, beyond the amount to be removed from her billThe night in question we removed one appetizer and the standard 18% tip added for parties of or moreShe was not satisfied with the amount and insisted that all appetizers, on her bill, be removedShe ended up leaving a five dollar bill, along with a nasty note, on the table for the serverThe management team, as a whole, voted unanimously to stand by the decision to not allow this customer back into our establishment

We complained about one waitress's attitude.  And the other waitress that night who never came over to tell us that our pizza was sent to a different table by mistake.  She just let us sit there waiting. She also only refilled our drinks once our other waitress (friend) kept refilling them. Our waitress (friend) is the one who found out what was going on with our pizza. We came in at 7:32 and we get to leave until 10:45pm. All we ordered was 2 chicken tenders and fries, side salad, 2 fries w/bacon, broccoli cheese puffs and of course our pizza.  It shouldn't have taken that long to get it to us and for us to leave.   We always tipped the waitresses.  The waitress we usually got is engaged to a cousin of ours and we always tipped her.  The other waitress we would get is a friend of ours and we tipped her as well.
So I feel this is unjust and uncalled for.  Like they said tipping is optional, why should a waitress who let us sit for almost an hour waiting for our pizza, never coming to us to tell us the problem get a full tip?  Tips should reflect the service the customer received.Regards,

Review: We have been going to Shelly Pie since it opened. One day the waitress we had was giving us a really bad attitude and didn't come back to fill up our drinks. We complained and the owner said to us " I find that really hard to believe". Everytime after that we always got a different waitress (she wasn't allowed to wait on us). Now we go in there a lot. The food is incredible!!!But on 8/15/2014 Myself, my sister, her son & daughter and friend, my son and a friend of our with her daughter had a craving for "Shelly Pie". We got there around 7pm. It was busy and we had to wait a little bit for a table that was ok. When we got seated we ordered 2 kids chicken and fries, grilled cheese and fries, broccoli apps and a lg pizza 1/2 pepperoni. 45 minutes into the meal another large group came in they ordered 3 large various pizzas plus apps. They got their pizzas (all 3) before we got ours. When we complained at the end when we were paying we were told our business is no longer welcomed here. What the heck???? A customer complains and they are asked not to come back. This is not right! We have been very loyal to Shelly pie frequenting it very often and this is how we are treated. Please do something about this.Desired Settlement: Apology and allow us to come back to the restaurant. As I have said we go in their alot.
