Shelter Roofing

Shelter Roofing did work on my home in Olathe, KS after a hail storm. My mortgage company sent them a check for the work that was more than the bill.I have called and emailed numerous times. Initially, [redacted] said she needed to check with her bank and would get back to me. I have not been able to since get a response from anyone at Shelter Roofing for over 6 months (it has been over two years that I have been trying to get this resolved). They owe me $675 for money that was overpaid on the invoice and an additional $325 for money that was included to have the deck pressure washed and stained that my tenants ended up doing themselves. This brings the amount to $1,000.00. The claim number is [redacted] and invoice [redacted]. The work was done at [redacted].
