We tried resolve this issue the quick as collect all the information necessary.The First time that you contacted us it was Friday September *** around PM.At that point you mentioned that you were over charged on Monday August the *** when you came to our restaurant. I explained to you
that during the summer we do not open on Mondays, and it must be another day but you couldn't tell me the exact day that you came and you only have the date that the charge showed up on your statement so in order to look at this I need first to localize the you credit receipts.On a Friday Night + Weekend ahead, is when our busy time comes + the banks is closes till the *** of September because on Monday the *** it is labor day.After we localized you CC receipts (you were here on a Friday of September) *** we realized that you signed different CC transactions of different amounts The total Amount of the bill was $+Autogratuity =$402.09The bill was split on ways= $134.3Between two of the guests paid a total a of $and the balance was =$133.64 From the Balance, you signed to transactions 1-$(from the balance) + you added a $= $(At this point the balance is $9,from the balance +from auto gratuity=$71.60)2-$9.20(balance) + $(auto gratuity) + you add a tip of $= 134I would like to think that this is an honest mistake from you after you signed two different transactionsSo on Tuesday September the ***, (after we localized your CC receipts signed by you and the banks was finally open) I personally issue a refund for the amount of 134,36.On Sept the *** I called you twice in order to follow up on this case, and left a message on your voice mail.Then on September *** around pm you called saying that we didn't refund you.Kind Regards
