Save your money, go elsewhere! I purchased the ShelterLogic Roundtop 14'x32'x12' instant shelter in September of and had issues from the moment I opened the boxA number of support brackets were missing from the box and had to be ordered through the "replacement parts" form included with the directions That should have been my first clue that this was not a quality product When it's easier to include a form for replacement parts than to actually verify that the parts are in the box, perhaps its time to re-evaluate your process The quality control department seems to be asleep at the wheel or totally non-existent And to top it off, I now missed my scheduled weekend to assemble and have to send all my help home, Grrr! Oh, but there's even more enjoyment when the replacement parts come You try to assemble this with the provided directions, good luck, I hope you have a degree in Engineering because this is no simple assembly I ended up having to drill new holes because none of the bolt holes lined up with each other One would think they could figure out how to make the holes line up after making this product for years, but here again, no quality controlThe description of this model included "Advanced engineered, triple layer, commercial-grade polyethylene woven fabric is UV-treated inside and out to stand up to the elements" The part they neglected to mention is this advanced engineered, triple layer, commercial-grade polyethylene woven fabric only lasts for 1-year at which point it disintegrates and becomes useless The fabric was great for the first 3-months, held up to the weather, was waterproof, looked great By the time the 1-year mark rolled around this fabric was brittle and no longer waterproof I attempted patching to no avail and have now experienced total product failure This cover is now a shredded pile of scraps leaving only the exposed frame A total waste of money! Contacting their warranty and customer support department is a waste of time as their only resolution is to sell you a new "upgraded" cover for times the original price How about we try this, make a product that actually does what you advertise HmmmconceptSave yourself a pile of cash and a lot of frustration and look elsewhere I wouldn't recommend this product to my worst enemy Don't walk, RUN away from this product!

HORRIBLE FABRIC! DO NOT PUT IN SUN! This product held up ok over the first year since having it in the shadeWhen I moved it to a spot that was exposed to sunlight 75% of light hours of the day it shredded apart in one yearfabric is same price as whole new shed/garage and they offer one with 10yr waranty for three times the priceSTAY AWAY!

Origin shelterlogic structures had good 5-year lifespan but replacement covers maybe last a year if luckyI have had two replacement structures and have not been happy with their poor longevity!

I ordered a new cover for one of my shed I bought at shelter logicI was told it would be in stock in weeks, This was on the 17th of August, today is October 5th and still no coveringWhen I called today after waiting on the phone for a hour to talk to someoneI was told it was coming from China and would only have it sometime in Dec,I have already paid for this itemI have of these sheds in my yard right now and will never buy another one, or recomend this company to anyone else I have a greenhouse business and was thinking about buying my next greenhouses form shelter logic, but after this experience that will never happen,

that you originally purchased a shelter in June of and we did replace it for you in July of due to a collapseAt that time, we determined that the incident was covered under your warrantyWhen you contacted us again due to an incident in November of 2013, you did have conversations with our Warranty department and due to the fact that you advised us that you experience wind gusts of 40-mph where your shelter is anchored, this damage was not covered under your warrantyBecause all of our products are not engineered buildings they can not be wind ratedAnchoring the shelter securely is critical to wind resistanceIf extremely high winds or storms are predicted the structure can be dismantled and storedHowever, we do offer custom Pre Engineered Barn and Engineered Structures that carry a wind rating when properly anchoredAn Engineered Structure may be a better option for you and our warranty department did discuss this with you

I purchased an ** *** shelter (28'WX75'LX16'H 14.5oz material ) in Oct The sales person, Patricia T., was very helpful, professional, and courteous during the entire purchasing processShe kept me updated on the manufacturing and shipping dates so that I could plan appropriately for site preparation and assemblyThe shipment was large enough that it had to be sent to my house by freight carrier so I had to rent a forklift to offload the product from the tractor trailer which was still cheaper that the lift gate charge that the carrier wanted to chargeI began erecting the shelter per the provide instructions and noticed a small hole in a seam on the main cover and immediately contacted Patricia TShe was very apologetic about the small hole in the product and immediately asked for some pictures and upon receipt of the pictures had a new main cover manufactured and sent to my houseI am very thankful that Patricia Twas willing to do everything in her power to provide a quality productI was able to finish the installation of all components of the shelter to include the anchoring system per the installation instructions without any other product issuesIn January 2017, we experienced some strong winds (60-mph per local news cast) and one of the zippers on the 3-zippered door panel sustained damage so I contacted Patricia Tand she asked that I fill out a warranty claim form and include some pictures, so I didUpon her review of the pictures and the claim form, she immediately processed my claim and initiated the manufacturing of a new 3-zippered door panelThe remainder of the shelter performed perfectly during the extremely windy conditionsThe customer service skills of Patricia Tare top notch and she truly cares about providing a quality product and a positive customer experience with Shelter Logic
