called business, spoke with [redacted] the scheduler. She said Mr. [redacted] is out of town until Monday, June 6th. She will set up a service call for the customer. She was not sure how or why the customer's previous call was missed, but will take care of this.
Business explained they warrant the inside work only. The exterior work is not warranted, however, they are willing to come back at the customer's request to address any interior work related to the job. Please have customer call us anytime they want us to stop by.
Mr. [redacted] stated that all warranty work has been accomplished. They did some inside work on a step at no cost. Any additional drain line work is not warranty work, and needs to be scheduled for an estimate. Customer can call the business to schedule.

We received a call from B-Dry to set up an appointment but we have no date yet and our basement still leaks at this time. We will accept the response when work has been completed.
