I do understand [redacted] frustration Yes I did tell her that sometimes package do not get scanned At the time of the transaction the postal service was picking up the mail for the day The package was handed to the Mail Person on 7/11/ When the packages and mail leave the store I do not have any control over what happens I do understand the situation, It is not the first time that this has happened I wouldn't have a problem paying her back for her postage if she would bring in the receiptI do not know how much the transaction was I can not give her the fifty dollars for the insurance because I didn't insure it through the store I was insured through the Post Office [redacted] Shelton Mail & Ship
