exchange of battery that was not sold properlyOn 6/26/16, at 1:06pm bought motorcycle battery, $129.01, over counter, it was out of box,not protective covers on terminals and bolts on battery terminal sticking out of side. Put in truck toolbox was upright and secure, came home at 1:30pm took battery out of truck and the bolts that were sticking out of terminals, shorted out on truck toolbox, which ruined battery and could have blown up, or caught on fire. Called [redacted] and they said to bring back in and exchange, went right back and they argued and would not exchange. I have bought many batteries and they always come in boxes with protective caps, and bolts in seperate bags. I explained this to [redacted] and he said he takes out of box to charge it and removes caps and puts bolts in. This is a safety hazard. Desired SettlementWant full refund
