Business said he will be out next Monday to replace the end cap on the gutter and fix the leak on roof.
Hello- I have filed a complaint ID[redacted] on July 20th. Mr. Shelton called me on Sunday (Aug 6th) to say he would be out 7 Aug to replace roof and fix gutter (as he originally said he would do). It rained Monday- he did not show(ok due to rain). I called on Tuesday and he said he would be out later...
that day(yesterday). I called to see when they would be out (at 430pm). He said he was out, but did not replace the roof or put an end cap on the gutter (it is ruining the ground below due to spill off). He did say he fixed siding as he thought that was the issue (that was not the issue originally and I want fixed what he said he would fix (wood replaced and gutter fixed). What do I do now? He keeps saying he will fix -- it is August and I have been asking since April... I am beyond frustrated.
