I had a very positive experience with this company. They were accommodating, polite, did what they said they were going to do. Took them only a few weeks to build and install only took a couple hours. I had a special need for a drawer in a specific location and it fit perfectly. I had a minor issue with one drawer and it was solved within minutes of my phone all to the company. I would highly recommend using them in the future. Their customer service is absolutely outstanding and the gentleman, Rollie, who took my order and installed the drawers was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly.

I have ordered the sliding shelves from this company. I followed the measuring instructions to place my order. The shelves came in too big because the size of the box was not adjusted for the extra space hardware required to install them inside of the cabinet. As a result the door does not close. I called to have them adjusted. They agreed to adjust them but I had to ship it at my own cost. I don't have a corporate account with the [redacted] or [redacted] to offer ship this box at a reasonable rate. I would have to spend 70% of the value of the shelves to ship it to them. I asked the company to help me out with a shipping label. I offered to pay for it but they could help me with the rate. I was told in a very unpleasant attitude that this is not their concern that I have a problem shipping the product back.
