I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.As I indicated in another letter to Revdex.com, we have determined Shen Valley Renovators was not inattentive to our attempts to contact them, but rather did not receive our calls due to phone issues beyond their control I would ask Revdex.com to take the complaint off the website, as the company has been awesome to deal with

Upon receiving a letter from the Revdex.com, the evening of January 11th, 2017 I called Mrs. [redacted] the following morning January 12th. It was soon realized that Mrs. [redacted] had been trying to reach me on a number that is no longer in service and another number that was not...
working properly. I assured Mrs. [redacted] that Shen Valley Renovators will stand behind our work and address any issues or concerns she may have with the work SVR had performed on her property. At present Mrs. [redacted], has requested that SVR do some additional repairs to another rental property owned by Mr. and Mrs. [redacted]. Mrs. [redacted] has assured me that she will post an additional statement with the Revdex.com putting this matter to rest.[redacted]Shen Valley Renovators LLC[redacted]
